Utility Room Extension 2 - Pre Build

This project grew from a repair carried out on the main part of the buildings roof.



The owners were so pleased with the proffessional manner the work was carried out that they comissioned EGB Builders to do several other improvements to their home:



"We first had to contact EGB Builders when we had a leak in the roof which caused a large damp patch on the bedroom ceiling.



They mended the flashing and roof tiles, replaced the ceiling board and decorated. The prompt attention to our call and the excellent job they did made us put EGB's name in our file should any other problems arise.



The utility room on the side of our house was a single wall construction with the main drains running beneath it. We had many problems with drains overflowing and the plastic roof on the building needed replacing. We decided to replace the whole structure and sort out the drains.



EGB did the whole job and although lots of unexpected problems developed during the build they were carried out with a minimum of disruption to ourselves." (Cont'd on Page 2).
